International Shipping Update

Hi, we wanted to share an update regarding international shipping tracking systems.
Due to a cyber attack against Royal Mail international parcel tracking is not currently available. This inability to track parcels is also having an impact on delivery time scales, where we are seeing delays of up to 45 days.
What does it mean for my order?
As we are an online retailer we will continue to ship international orders, but they are likely to take longer than normal.
We really do understand how frustrating delays can be, but once your order has left us we are sadly in the hands & would ask you remain patient during this time.
What if my parcel does not arrive?
Well, that's simple. We will put it right!! Either by a replacement or a full refund.
If your parcel has not arrived within 60 days, Please contact us.
We will review your order to determine when it was shipped & how long it has been since. Please do not be alarmed if we initially ask you to wait longer. If we do then it will be based on the knowledge we have at that moment in time surrounding your countries delivery network.
