Hi Guys and Gals. Let's talk for a minute about the gremlin in the room;
It will come as no surprise that this deadly virus continues to test us all.
What does it mean for my order?
As we are an online retailer we continue to ship orders daily and our warehouse and shipping centre remain open. Great news right. Rest assured we have taken the necessary steps to protect the health of our employees. After all they are the heart of what we do.
This massive Global pandemic is however causing delivery delays due to increased pressure on couriers and customs, so we are sorry to say but it is likely to take longer for orders to arrive.
In some absolutely extreme cases, countries are occasionally suspending delivery services from the UK meaning that parcels occasionally get held in UK postage distribution centres. They won't be returned to us, they are simply held until your country starts to accept mail services from the UK again.
We really do understand how frustrating delays can be, but once your order has left us we are sadly in the hands of the courier and would ask that you track your parcel using the tracking number we provide for direct parcel updates.
What if my parcel does not arrive?
Well, that's simple. We will put it right!! Either by a replacement or a full refund.
We will need to review your order to determine when it was shipped & how long it has been since. Please do not be alarmed if we initially ask you to wait just that little bit longer. If we do then it will be based on the knowledge we have at that moment in time surrounding your countries delivery network.
