Shipping Sizes Explained
Small Item: By a general rule, if the parcel will fit through a standard letter box this will fall into small parcel category. Length: 35.3cm Width: 25cm Thickness up to and including: 2.5cm Weight limit: 750g .
Large Item: If your item is larger or heavier the above, we ship using a courier service to ensure your parcel arrives safe and sound.
Couriers Used
We ALWAYS dispatch using PREMIUM Royal Mail shipping services all of which are fully insured. All items shipped will require a SIGNATURE on arrival but the couriers we use allow you to co-ordinate a re-delivery if no one is home.
Import TAX
From 1 January 2021 if you are buying from a EU country you may have to pay taxes and duties such as customs duty when you buy from a UK business. To note That Fog Light Guy is a UK registered business.
This duty charge is calculated by the customs destination. When purchasing from us it is important you carefully track your item using the parcel tracking number we provide on dispatch. If a customs duty is indeed required, the onward courier website will indicate this and request you contact them to make the payment. Only once the payment is made will your parcel be released for delivery by the custom agent.
If the duty charge is not paid, the item will be returned to us. Please note refunds will ONLY be processed when the item is returned back to us by the courier and the refund will NOT include the original shipping cost.
Dispatch Times
We aim to ship your order within 7 to 10 days but we are often much faster than this. After we have dispatched your order you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Rest assured we will always dispatch orders as soon as possible.
During busy discount times such as Black Friday events, it may take us the full 10 days to ship your order.
Other Courier Information
Delivery times can vary from country to country, but based on experience & customer feedback. Delivery to;
UK - Take around 1 to 3 days after dispatch
Europe - Take around 5 to 7 days after dispatch
USA - Take around 10 to 14 days to arrive after dispatch
Australia - Take around 14 to 21 days to arrive after dispatch.

Transit Damage
Whilst we make every effort to prevent parcel damage. If in the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via our contact us page. In order to process a replacement we will need you to provide photographs of both the damaged item & packing. This enables us to submit a timely insurance claim to our courier & more importantly get your replacement out super-fast.
